Dum spiro spero

#An Abecedarian Poem

Another year comes to end, settling its pages out of box,
Balancing days within its trend, reshaping hues between God’s rocks.
Comforting sun sending its rays, telling the sagas of the world,
Despite the clouds, the wind, the rain, at every dawn it smiles with force.

Encountering the state of art, the eyes of medicine can see
Fine flames sparking inside the heart, the paths of brain, the twist of knee.
Gardens of joy, kindness, and love, blooming between my children’s days,
Handwriting stories of white doves which often lend my balcony.

Impressive neighbourhoods around, vibrating drive and joy of life.
Joining the class of Shakespeare’s town, playing my part, serene and bright.
Knowledge refinement, its great growth, transcending eras, healing wounds.
Laughter of kids, their candid thoughts, their honest play, and thrilled tunes

More and more, vanishing species, making spectacular comebacks
Noted by reforestation, nature’s hugs, and ocean tracks.  
Overcoming the old burdens, brighter mornings, lighter aim.
Peaceful evenings, holy gardens, tunes of breeze calling stars name.

Questioning old time’s exchanges, science brought great bliss in town.  
Rising mindfulness and blessings, knowledge writes its stories down.
Shifting stigma towards earthy awareness of other’s needs,
Taping into sense of mercy bounded by the righteous deeds.

Upon my word! The flowers’ smiles enriching cheerfulness with grace.  
Victoriously daring their styles through colours realms into earth space.
Wonderful peaks poking their nose beneath the blue, arranging clouds.  
X-raying dreams, nirvanas pose between the self-improvement’s clothes.  

Yearning the gladness of the blue, my ears are catching psalms of God.
Zenith, the twilight with soft hue, penning emotions in my heart.
